Refunds & Cancellation
We can't issue your refund ourselves. Tvara Premium is billed by Apple or Google, never by us — we never see your card and have no access to the transaction. Refunds go through whichever store you bought from, and the links below take you straight there.
What you're paying for
| Plan | Price | Renews |
|---|---|---|
| Premium Monthly | $9.99 | Every month |
| Premium Annual | $79.99 | Every 12 months |
Prices are in US dollars; your store charges in your local currency at its own rate, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm. Both plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Your store charges you within 24 hours of the current period ending.
Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancelling during a trial keeps your access until the trial's last day and you are not charged. You are generally eligible for a trial only once per store account.
How to cancel
Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling does not cut you off immediately, and it does not by itself refund anything.
iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch
Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Tvara → Cancel Subscription. Or from apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Android
Play Store app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tvara → Cancel. Or from play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Deleting your Tvara account does not cancel your subscription. The two are held by different companies. Cancel in the store first, then delete the account if you want to.
Refunds
Bought on the App Store
Apple handles all refunds for purchases made through it and does not permit developers to issue them. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the Tvara purchase and pick a reason. Apple decides, and typically responds within 48 hours.
Bought on Google Play
Google's own refund window applies for recent purchases. Request one at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory → the Tvara order → Report a problem. Outside that window Google may still consider it, and in some cases we can request a refund on your behalf — email us and we'll try.
If you were charged for something that didn't work
Tell us before you go to the store: hello@tvara.health. If Premium didn't unlock, or a purchase went through twice, that's usually something we can see and fix directly, and it's faster than a refund round-trip.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. That right applies against the store you bought from, since the store is the seller of record. Consumer law in your country may give you more than this page describes; nothing here reduces it.
